Gillette India Updates Status of Manufacturing Facility Permits
Gillette India Limited reported on March 18, 2026, that it has submitted new applications for the renewal of its Consent to Operate (CTO) and authorization under the Hazardous Waste (Management and Transboundary) Rules, 2016, for its manufacturing facility located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.The update follows a previous communication dated March 15, 2026, regarding the refusal of renewal for these permits. The company is currently engaged in discussions with the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) as part of the renewal process.
Gillette India confirmed that operations at the Bhiwadi plant are continuing without interruption.
