Kochi, 22 July 2026: Geojit Financial Services Ltd., an investment services company operating on a differentiated phygital wealth distribution model, today announced its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The Company also announced key changes to its senior management structure.

The results reflect continued investment in technology and distribution capabilities across its diverse product range, which includes broking, mutual funds, insurance, PMS, lending, and financial planning.

Q1 FY27 Financial Performance Highlights​

Geojit reported a strong revenue performance for the quarter, although Profit After Tax (PAT) saw sequential changes. The consolidated financial highlights are as follows:

While Total Revenue from Operations registered a 11% Year-over-Year growth, the Company maintained a disciplined cost structure amidst investments in capabilities aimed at strengthening customer engagement and operating leverage over the medium term.

Operational and Client Growth Metrics​

The Company demonstrated significant operational scaling during Q1 FY27:

  • Customer Assets: Customer Assets stood at ₹ 1.11 lakh crore as of June 30, 2026.
  • Client Base: The client base grew to 16.96 lakh, with 30,176 new clients added during Q1 FY27.
  • Asset Management AUM: Asset Management Business AUM stood at ₹ 1,778 crore as of June 30, 2026.
  • Product Exposure: Mutual Fund Equity AUM reached ₹ 18,501 crore. The Lending Book was recorded at ₹ 755 crore, and the Insurance Gross Premium stood at ₹ 103 crore.
  • Future Business Flow: The Monthly SIP Book remained healthy at ₹ 151 crore.

The Employee Strength increased to 3,578, supporting continuous expansion of advisory and distribution capabilities.

Leadership Transition​

The Company announced a succession plan regarding its senior leadership. Mr. C J George will cease to hold the office of Managing Director effective from October 1, 2026, and shall continue as Executive Chairman of Geojit Financial Services Ltd.

In addition, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jones George has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 1, 2026, for a period of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jones George, who is currently Executive Director / Whole-time Director, has been associated with the company since 2013 and previously served as Chief Digital Officer in 2018 and Executive Director in 2021.
