The company reported a gain of Rs. 686.1 million related to hedge accounting in other comprehensive income for the current quarter. Regarding labor matters, the company disclosed an exceptional charge during the period relating to the four Labour codes notified by the Government of India on November 21, 2025. During the quarter, a provision of R ($$693.0 million was made; this impact was subsequently reduced by Rs $73 million during the March quarter and reversed in the subsequent reporting period. The full year impact for the financial year 2025-26 related to these codes amounted to Rs. 635.7 million, which was classified as an exceptional item.

The company stated that its business activities fall within a single operating segment concerning products, projects, and systems for electricity transmission and related activities, based on Ind AS-108 guidelines.
