The Rights Issue Committee of Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd held a meeting on April 10, 2026. During this session, the committee approved the issuance of a Final Reminder Cum Forfeiture Notice concerning the partly paid up equity shares of the Company.

The notice pertains to holders who have not yet settled the call money, covering the First Call, the Second and Final Call, or both.

The notice serves to inform such shareholders that if the outstanding call money, along with accrued interest, is not paid by the specified date, the partly paid up equity shares held by them, including the amounts previously paid, shall be liable to forfeiture.

The company previously issued communications regarding these calls. Reference was made to a letter dated June 23, 2025, for the First Call, and subsequent letters dated July 29, 2025, and October 18, 2025, for the Second and Final Call.
