The transaction occurred on March 17, 2026.According to disclosures filed with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Agrawal's holding decreased from 9,449,6719 shares (39.165%) to 8,949,6719 shares (37.093%). CP Agrawal Daughters Trust received 5,000,000 shares through the transaction.
The total equity share capital of Gallantt Ispat Limited is 24,12,80,945 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
