FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited Appoints Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditor for Five Years​

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited has appointed M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's new Statutory Auditors. This decision was made following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.

The appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP carries a term of five consecutive years, beginning from the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and extending until the conclusion of the 19th AGM.

Simultaneously, M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, the current Statutory Auditor, will continue their service to the company until the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting, marking the end of their term.

M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP is a prominent Chartered Accountant firm with extensive experience in audit and assurance services. The firm was established in 1935 and is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and is empaneled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG).

The firm maintains its registered office in New Delhi and operates through Nineteen other offices across major cities in India. M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP has ninety-seven partners and holds a valid peer review certificate, serving audit and assurance services to several large companies, including some of the top one hundred listed entities in India.
