Force Motors Limited released its Investor Presentation detailing the Standalone and Consolidated financial performance for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-2027. The company showcased its operational capabilities across India and internationally while detailing strategic investments in digitalization and sustainability initiatives.

The Q1 FY'27 results demonstrated robust growth across key metrics, with sales figures reaching ₹ 2417 Cr. This reflected an increase compared to the previous year’s quarter where sales stood at ₹ 2279 Cr., representing a 6.0% growth in sales volume.

The performance of Earnings Before Tax (PBT) and Profit After Tax (PAT) also showed positive trends. For PBT, the standalone figure was ₹ 289 Cr. this quarter, up from ₹ 287 Cr. in the preceding period, marking a 1.0% growth. PAT stood at ₹ 212 Cr., compared to ₹ 185 Cr. in the previous quarter, indicating a 14.0% rise in profitability.

Operational and Strategic Focus

Force Motors operates a fully integrated mother plant in Pithampur spanning over 300 acres, which manages the entire manufacturing process from stamping to final assembly, including in-house production of engines, gearboxes, and axles. The company also maintains dedicated facilities for international partnerships, such as an engine assembly facility in Chennai commissioned in 2015 for BMW India, and a facility in Chakan, Pune, dedicated to producing engines and axles for Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs made in India since 2016.

The joint venture Force MTU Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. (FMTU), established with Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, is highlighted as the world's only manufacturing plant producing Series 1600 engines, serving global markets.

To enhance future readiness, Force Motors has launched two key organizational programs: Project DigiForce and Project Lakshya.

Project DigiForce is a ₹ 150 crore digital transformation initiative aimed at building a tech-driven enterprise. This program focuses on digitizing customer-facing and core operations to boost efficiency across its vast network of dealerships (over 200) and service centers (70). Core deployments include next-generation CRM and DMS, HRMS, Telematics, Cybersecurity, and a Digital Control Tower for enterprise-wide visibility.

Concurrently, Project Lakshya is an HR transformation program focused on creating an agile and leadership-driven organization. This initiative includes company-wide training to enhance functional excellence and has involved partnering with SP Jain School of Global Management to offer Executive and Advanced Leadership Programmes to high-potential employees.

Sustainability and Social Impact

Sustainability remains a core pillar of Force Motors' growth strategy. The Company reported significant progress across ESG priorities for 2025-26. Sustainable Inputs accounted for 43.5% of the inputs, while the company achieved an emissions avoided improvement of 2.5x over FY 2024-25 and a 10x increase since FY 2023-24. GHG Emissions intensity saw a 38% reduction, with a target set at 50% by 2030. Furthermore, 85% of waste is diverted from landfills, and 31% of electricity is sourced from renewable energy, aligning with the target of 50% by 2027.

Force Motors also focuses on community impact through enabling access via mobility services—providing ambulances to hospitals and buses to schools—alongside funding educational institutions and supporting waterbody rejuvenation projects to restore natural ecosystems.
