Exim Routes and Oxyzo Financial Services Partner for Master Supply Chain Financing Agreement

Exim Routes Limited has finalized a Master Supply Chain Financing Arrangement Agreement with M/s Oxyzo Financial Services Limited. The agreement, executed on July 24, 2026, establishes a comprehensive framework to facilitate credit and financing facilities for Exim Routes’ network of distributors.

The partnership aims to provide supply chain financing services where Exim Routes supplies recycled paper (the 'Material') to its authorized distributor network. Oxyzo Financial Services Limited, registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company with the Reserve Bank of India, will extend financial assistance by discounting trade invoices raised by Exim Routes on behalf of these distributors.

Under the terms of the arrangement, the Customer introduces potential distributors to OXYZO. OXYZO retains the sole discretion and authority to onboard any distributor and grant a Facility, subject to completing satisfactory due diligence, credit evaluation, and internal approvals. The financing is exclusively intended for covering the purchase of material supplied by Exim Routes to the respective distributor.

The operational framework dictates that upon receipt and verification of an invoice raised by Exim Routes and confirmed by the relevant distributor via OXYZO platforms, Oxyzo may disburse the invoice amount directly to Exim Routes within two Business Days. This arrangement necessitates separate Facility Documents between Oxyzo and each individual distributor, setting out the specific terms for the credit facility.

Exim Routes Limited is committed to maintaining integrity throughout the process, undertaking to ensure that all invoices submitted for discounting are genuine commercial transactions between the Customer and the Distributor. OXYZO Financial Services will perform its own credit appraisal and due diligence on every onboarded distributor before extending any Facility.
