The appointment was made in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Mr. Choksi brings over 25 years of experience in talent management, employee experience, performance management, and skill gap analysis. Prior to joining Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited, he held the position of Head HR & IR at R. N. Laboratories. His previous roles include tenures at Amul, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Kohler, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, and Quaker Chemical.
Mr. Choksi holds degrees in Commerce and Law from Gujarat University and a Masters in Social Work from Sardar Patel University, V. V. Nagar. He will be based at the Ratadiya, Gujarat Unit of the company in a full-time employment role.
