Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd Appoints Narender Prasad Gupta as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel​

Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited has appointed Mr. Narender Prasad Gupta as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective July 1, 2026.

The appointment recognizes Mr. Gupta’s extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sector. The CEO holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMT Ghaziabad and is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. He also possesses a Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma Advance Supply Chain 2015.

Mr. Gupta brings over 25 years of diverse experience to the role, specializing in business strategy, operations management, lean manufacturing, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization. His career trajectory includes senior leadership roles at several prominent organizations, such as Jamna Auto Industries, Hero Motors Company, Stellantis India, Metzeler Automotive, and Motherson Sumi.

In his most recent capacity as Business Unit Head - Exports at Jamna Auto Industries, he was instrumental in leading export business operations and driving business process restructuring across the Group. Previously, while serving as President & CEO of HMC E Valley (Hero Motors), he successfully spearheaded business turnaround initiatives, expanded export operations, secured global contracts, and established strategic international partnerships.

Mr. Gupta's leadership extends to large-scale manufacturing operations, executing high-value global business contracts, and implementing cost optimization strategies. He has received multiple industry recognitions, including being featured among the Top 10 Indian Manufacturing CEOs by CEO Insights in 2024. Furthermore, he has been honored with several Supplier Excellence Awards from leading global OEMs, such as BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, and the Belgian Cycle Factory, acknowledging his operational excellence and leadership.
