
Everest Industries Limited Appoints Niranjan Gokhale as Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer
Mumbai – March 18, 2026 – Everest Industries Limited announced today the resignation of Graciano Pinto from the positions of Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer, effective April 7, 2026. The resignation is to allow Pinto to pursue other opportunities.To ensure continuity, the Audit Committee recommended to the Board the appointment of Niranjan Gokhale as Internal Auditor and Chief Risk Officer, effective April 8, 2026. Gokhale will assume these responsibilities in addition to his current role as Head of Strategy.
Niranjan Gokhale holds an MBA from McMaster University, Canada; a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, USA; and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune University, India. He is also certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
Gokhale brings over 30 years of experience in diverse industries including Automotive, Biotechnology, Chemicals, Construction, Engineering, Mining, Petrochemicals, and Renewables. His previous roles include positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Ford Motor Company, Tata Industries, Cummins, Deepak Fertilizers, and Foskor. He has been with Everest Industries Limited for the past six years, serving as Head of Strategy, with involvement in internal control systems and risk management.
