Endurance Technologies Ltd. announced a forthcoming board meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, to review and approve the Statement of Audited Financial Results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The meeting will also address a potential dividend recommendation on the company’s equity shares for the financial year 2025-26.In accordance with regulatory guidelines, the trading window for securities of Endurance Technologies will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026.
