The meeting will also address a potential dividend recommendation on the company’s equity shares for the financial year 2025-26.In accordance with regulatory guidelines, the trading window for securities of Endurance Technologies will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026.
