EFC (I) Limited, a Real Estate as a Service (REaaS) company specializing in managed office spaces, Design & Build solutions, and furniture manufacturing, has entered into a Share Acquisition Agreement to acquire 100% of the equity stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited.
