Dodla Dairy Limited has confirmed a significant expansion step through its wholly owned subsidiary, HR Food Processing Private Limited. The company has been allotted a substantial plot of land in the Dumaria industrial area of the motipur cluster, Bihar.HR Food Processing Private Limited received the allotment of 311333 sqft (7.15 acres) spanning plot nos I.P.-26, I.P.27, and I.P.-1. This land is secured through a lease of 90 years from the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA).
The purpose of the newly acquired land is the establishment of a major manufacturing unit. The facility will focus on producing various milk-based products, including Milk, Dahi, Paneer, Lassi, Butter, Ghee, Flavored Milk, and Milk Sweets, along with other related milk products.
The company confirmed that it accepted all terms and conditions associated with the proposed land allotment and is currently completing the necessary formalities for the acquisition of the property. The allocated land will be fully utilized for the operation of the manufacturing unit.
