Nagpur, May 16, 2026 – Diffusion Engineers Limited announced outcomes of its Board Meeting held on May 16, 2026. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results and statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (One Rupee Fifty Paisa Only) on the Equity Shares of the Company. This dividend, equivalent to 15.00% per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10 each, is recommended for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Should the dividend be approved by the members at the ensuing AGM, it will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
