J.Kumar Infraprojects Announces FY 2025-26 Results, Recommends Dividend​

J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited (JKIL) announced the results of its Board Meeting held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. During the meeting, the Company approved its Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Business Update​

The Board Meeting also determined that the designated trading window for the Company's securities, which had been closed since April 15, 2026, will re-open on May 22, 2026.

JKIL is primarily engaged in "Construction and Engineering Activities," and the Company maintains a significant portfolio of joint operations, including J. Kumar- Speco (JV), Supreme-J Kumar (JV), and JKumar- PBA (JV), among others.
