Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has authorized the opening of its qualified institutional placement of equity shares, setting a floor price of ₹ 238.92 per share following approval by its Management Committee. The offering targets eligible qualified institutional buyers (QIBs).

The Management Committee meeting on July 23, 2026, approved the preliminary placement document and the draft application form for the Equity Shares Issue. The committee also authorized the immediate opening of the proposed Issue.

A key decision regarding the stock issuance was the determination of the floor price at ₹ 238.92 per Equity Share. This pricing is based on specified formulas for the Issue. In accordance with company regulations, the Company retains the discretion to offer a discount of not more than five percent on this Floor Price. The final issue price will be determined in consultation with the book running lead managers appointed for the placement.

The qualified institutions placement involves the issuance of equity shares by Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited. This follows prior shareholder approval via postal ballot on July 19, 2026.

Regarding trading activity, the company confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities has been closed since July 1, 2026. The trading window is scheduled to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, at which time it will reopen for all specified persons.
