Diamond Power Infra Reports Strong Earnings Growth in October to December Quarter
New Delhi, February 17: Diamond Power Infrastructure has delivered a sharp rise in profitability for the third quarter of FY26, reporting a substantial increase in net profit and revenue compared to the previous year.The Vadodara based integrated power transmission and distribution solutions provider posted a net profit of Rs 49.72 crore in the October to December quarter of 2025 to 26. This marks a significant jump from Rs 6.27 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Revenue From Operations Climbs to Rs 474.71 Crore
Revenue from operations also recorded strong growth during the quarter. The company reported revenue of Rs 474.71 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 307.51 crore in the same quarter last year.The rise in topline and bottom line performance reflects improved operational momentum during the quarter.
EBITDA and Margins Show Robust Improvement
Diamond Power Infrastructure’s EBITDA stood at Rs 69.76 crore in the third quarter of FY26, compared to Rs 16.03 crore in the previous quarter. The improvement in operating performance was further supported by stronger gross margins.Gross margins expanded to 23.3 per cent in Q3 FY26, compared to 14.3 per cent in the year ago period, highlighting better cost efficiency and profitability during the quarter.
Focus on Retail and New Energy Segments
Looking ahead, Diamond Power Infrastructure said it plans to strengthen its focus on retail and new energy products. The company also intends to invest in newer technologies over the next two financial years as part of its growth strategy.With improved financial performance in Q3 FY26 and a renewed focus on emerging segments, the company is positioning itself for sustained expansion in the power transmission and distribution space.
