The institutional segment proved particularly vigorous, with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribing their allocated portion 212.92 times. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category was also strong, drawing bids worth 51.93 times the offering size. In contrast, the retail proportion of shares received a subscription rate of 8.12 times.

The company's products serve a diverse range of segments, including agricultural machinery, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, earth-moving equipment, medical devices, and domestic appliances. Future expansion plans involve establishing new wiring harness manufacturing facilities in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu. The remaining funds will be allocated towards potential acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
