The business transfer was finalized on June 18, 2026, to Forever Global Enterprises Limited.The transaction included the receipt of the purchase consideration and the successful execution and registration of the conveyance deed related to the unit.
Under the slump sale arrangement, Dhampur Bio Organics sold the Meerganj Unit for a total purchase consideration of Rs 305 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred and Five Crores only). The completion of this business transfer marks the exit of the company from the operation of the Meerganj factory.
