Deepak Nitrite shares added 3% after unveiling a stellar first-quarter report card. The company reported a more than three-fold surge in Q1 profit, which reached ₹345 crore. This impressive margin expansion was complemented by revenue climbing significantly by 36.4% year-over-year to ₹2,577.6 crore, underscoring the firm's robust operational capabilities and strategic execution.

Bharti Hexacom and Marico Shares Slide Despite High Growth Rates​

The market failed to reward strong earnings growth uniformly across all sectors. Bharti Hexacom shares slipped nearly 4% despite reporting substantial financial improvements. The company saw its Q1 profit rise by 23.2% year-over-year, reaching ₹482 crore, while revenue climbed 10.9% YoY to ₹2,510 crore.

Similarly, Marico stock shed more than 2% even after achieving significant profitability growth. The FMCG giant reported a notable 27.1% year-over-year jump in net profit, totaling ₹652 crore. Revenue for Marico grew 22.9% YoY to ₹3,957 crore, demonstrating strong business expansion efforts across the quarter.

Nykaa Profit Triples and Acquires Premium Skincare Stake​

Nykaa shares were down by 3%, even though the company managed a significant profit increase in its June-quarter results. The platform reported that its Q1 profit more than tripled to ₹79.8 crore. Demonstrating a clear strategy toward market consolidation, Nykaa also announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Aminu Wellness for ₹32 crore. This move is set to strengthen Nykaa's presence within the lucrative premium skincare segment.
