Power Division Tariff Status with PSPCL
The power division of DEE Development Engineers Limited was revised by PSERC vide order dated August 20, 2025, to Rs 5.877 per unit. However, as the company filed an appeal against this PSERC order before the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, the court issued an order on October 23, 2025, staying the Commission's decision.
As a result of the stay order:
- The company will continue to supply electricity to PSPCL at the prevailing tariff of ₹7.47 per unit.

Revenue Recognition and Accounting Standards
While the executed orders represent the aggregate amount of invoices raised from customers, it must be noted that revenue recognized under Indian GAAP (Ind AS 115 Revenue from Contracts with Customers) may differ from the invoiced amount. This difference is due to the application of various Incoterms and performance obligations specified in the contracts. Therefore, revenue recognition is aligned with the transfer of goods or services control to the customer, rather than merely based on invoicing milestones.
For existing export orders related to DEE Thailand, the exchange rate considered was 1 THB = 2.85318 INR.
