Dar Credit & Capital Ltd. announced on March 24, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 600 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each for a total of ₹6,00,00,000 on a private placement basis.
