Dar Credit & Capital Limited announced that its Finance Management Committee (FMC) had approved a debt issuance, raising INR 10 crore through the private placement of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The FMC meeting was held on July 31, 2026.

The company issued 1,000 Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Taxable, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in a dematerialised form. Each NCD has a face value of INR 1,00,000, aggregating to a total issue size of INR 10,00,00,000.

Security and Payment Obligations​

The debentures are secured by a first ranking exclusive charge created by way of hypothecation over the identified receivables of the company. The issuing entity is required to maintain a Minimum Security Cover equivalent to 1.10 times the Debenture outstanding principal.

Regarding payment schedules, interest payments will be made on the 31st of every month starting from August 2026. The NCDs are scheduled for full redemption on July 31, 2028.

The terms also address default provisions. In the event of a delay in interest or principal payment exceeding three months, the company must pay a default Redemption Premium Rate of 2% per annum above the prevailing Redemption Premium Rate on the outstanding principal amount until the payment default is cured.
