DAM Capital Advisors Limited announced a closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Insider Trading Prohibition Code.The trading window closure precedes the consideration and approval of the company’s Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
The date for the Board Meeting to consider and declare the financial results will be announced at a later time.
