Dam Capital Advisors Sets Record Date for Final Dividend Payment​

Dam Capital Advisors Limited has fixed a record date for its members in connection with the payment of a final dividend, which is contingent upon approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company announced that Friday, August 28, 2026, has been designated as the Record Date. This date serves to ascertain the membership base for the distribution of the final dividend.

Should the members approve the final dividend during the AGM, it will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting, subject to deduction of tax at source.

The payment structure applies differently based on how shares are held:

• Beneficial Owners holding shares in electronic form as recorded by depositories at the close of business hours on August 28, 2026, will receive the dividend.
• Members holding shares in physical form whose names are registered in the Company's Register of Members as of the close of business hours on August 28, 2026, will also be eligible for payment.
