Dalmia Bharat Board Approves Rs. 4,000 Crore Raise, Final Dividend, and Auditor Reappointment​

Dalmia Bharat Limited, a company within the Dalmia Bharat Group, announced several key corporate decisions following the Board of Directors meeting held on May 23, 2026. The Board considered and approved the convening of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), sought shareholder approval for significant capital expenditure, and confirmed the details regarding statutory auditing services and dividend payments.

In addition to the AGM plans, the Board of Directors recommended to the members the re-appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The firm was recommended for a second term spanning five consecutive years.
