Board of Directors of Jamna Auto Industries Limited has approved a significant expansion plan for its manufacturing capabilities. The company confirmed the establishment of a new Leaf Spring Manufacturing Facility at the existing plant operated by M/s Jai Suspensions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.

The move is part of a larger strategy to expand Group manufacturing capacity through a brownfield expansion initiative located in Adityapur, Jharkhand. This facility will be designed to cater primarily to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the aftermarket segment across East India, capitalizing on existing operational synergies and infrastructure.

The proposed new facility has a designated capacity of 1,500 MT per month. Commercial production at the site is anticipated to commence around December 2027. The project requires an estimated investment of Rs 47 crore, which is subject to potential increases or decreases by management as the project progresses.
