The transaction saw Cyient Semiconductors Singapore Pte. Ltd. acquire a 74% stake on a fully diluted basis in Kinetic Technologies. The total consideration paid for this majority stake was USD 85Mn.
The announcement pertains to the acquisition, following a prior announcement made by the company on December 17, 2025.
