
Cyber Media Approves Forfeiture of Partly Paid Equity Shares
Cyber Media (India) Limited announced the approval for the forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares following the non-receipt of the First and Final Call Money from certain shareholders. The decision was made by the Company's Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors during a meeting held on Saturday, April 11, 2026.The forfeiture action pertains to 1,71,329 partly paid-up equity shares. This action follows a Final Reminder cum Forfeiture Notice issued on March 05, 2026, which provided holders with a final opportunity to remit the outstanding Call Money between March 24, 2026, and April 07, 2026.
The Company stated that after the specified period, the Call Money on 1,71,329 partly paid-up equity shares remained unpaid. The First and Final Call Money required was ₹ 7.90 per share.
Consequently, the Board approved the forfeiture of these 1,71,329 partly paid-up equity shares. The forfeiture encompasses both the unpaid First and Final Call Money amount and the amount already paid-up on those shares.
The notice detailing the forfeiture will be issued to the holders of the specified partly paid-up equity shares in due course.
