The IPO was launched with a price band set at Rs 151-Rs 152 per unit. The offering aimed to raise a substantial Rs 5,000 crore through a 100 percent Offer for Sale (OFS). Grey Market Premium and Listing Outlook​

Overview of Cube Highways Trust Assets​

Cube Highways Trust is a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). It is sponsored by Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pvt. Ltd., which manages the trust. The Trust owns and operates a diverse portfolio of road and transport infrastructure assets across India.

Listed in April 2023, the Trust’s portfolio encompasses 27 road assets spanning 12 states and one Union Territory. These assets constitute a network of 2,005 km (8,754 lane km). The stability of these assets is underpinned by long residual concession periods and AAA-rated debt facilities.
