Cube Highways Trust Appoints New Project Manager Following NHAI Approval
Cube Highways Trust has finalized the appointment of a new entity as its Project Manager (PM), effective June 26, 2026. The change follows prior approval from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).The shift involves replacing Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (CHTAAPL) with Cube Highways Asset & Project Advisory Private Limited [CHAPA(P)L]. This transition was initially approved by the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager, after consultation with Axis Trustee Services Limited, in a meeting held on February 27, 2026.
The approval process concluded when NHAI issued a letter dated June 17, 2026, granting approval for CHAPA(P)L to take over as the new Project Manager of the Trust.
In light of this regulatory sign-off, a new project implementation and management agreement (Fresh PIMA) was executed on June 26, 2026. The agreement was signed by Axis Trustee Services Limited (the 'Trustee'), the Investment Manager, CHAPA(P)L, and the special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of the Trust.
The change in Project Manager will be effective starting June 26, 2026.
