This acquisition involves a pledge of equity shares to CTL Trusteeship Limited, which is acting as the debenture trustee under a Debenture Trust Deed.The shares involved belong to Vividhmargi Trust and are held in the names of its trustees: Mr. Dinesh Shantilal Patel, Mrs. Jayshree Dinesh Patel, and Dr. Sachin Dinesh Patel. The pledge was created by the Trust on these shares in favor of CTL Trusteeship Limited, effective from June 29, 2026.
