Cosmo First Ltd. Enters Agreement with Cosmo Ferrites Limited for Support Services​

April 1, 2026 – Cosmo First Ltd. announced an agreement with Cosmo Ferrites Limited, a related party, to provide support services. The agreement is effective for a period of one year, commencing April 1, 2026, and concluding March 31, 2027.

The terms of the agreement stipulate a consolidated fee of Rs. 200,000 per month plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Cosmo First Ltd. will also reimburse out-of-pocket expenses incurred on an actual basis. Either party has the option to terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
