Seamec Limited Enters Consortium Agreement with Supreme Hydro Engineering for Diving Support on ONGC Vessel​

Seamec Limited has announced that it has entered into a Consortium Agreement with M/s. Supreme Hydro Engineering Pvt Limited. The partnership is designed to secure crucial support services related to marine operations managed by SEAMEC.

The agreement focuses specifically on availing Diving Technical Expertise on the ONGC Vessel, 'SAMUDRA SEVAK', which is managed by Seamec. This collaboration expands the operational capabilities of the vessel in its marine contracts.

In terms of the contract size, the total value of the Consortium Agreement is approximately USD 1.47 million, inclusive of GST.

The agreement details confirm that there are no shareholdings or related party status between Seamec Limited and M/s. Supreme Hydro Engineering Pvt Limited, nor will the transaction fall under Related Party Transactions (RPT).
