The JV was formed following an earlier agreement with Filmax Corporation, Korea (Filmax).The newly established entity is named Filmax Cosmo Korea Limited. The company will be responsible for the distribution, sale, and marketing of flexible packaging and other products manufactured by both Cosmo First Limited and Filmax.
The founding companies, Cosmo and Filmax, have committed to the initial paid up capital of the new Joint Venture. The subscription has been made by both parties in an equal ratio of 50:50.
