In connection with the distribution of profits, Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited has fixed Monday, September 14, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the Final Dividend.
The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.47 (One Rupee and Forty-Seven paise only) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company, which carry a face value of Rs. 10/- each. This recommendation follows the meeting held by the company's Board of Directors on May 30, 2026.
If the Final Dividend is approved during the ensuing AGM, payment will be made on or after September 21, 2026.
