Committed Cargo Care Limited approves revised Insider Trading Policy and appoints CFO as Compliance Officer​

Committed Cargo Care Limited's Board of Directors made several key decisions during its meeting held on June 23, 2026, focusing on corporate governance and insider trading protocols.

The Board considered and approved the amendment and revision to the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. This revised document is designated as the Company's Insider Trading Policy.

In addition to the policy changes, the Board sanctioned the designation of Mr. Anil Gupta, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Mr. Gupta was appointed to act as the Compliance Officer. This role involves administering and monitoring compliances related to the company’s Code of Conduct, including matters such as pre-clearance of trades and maintaining records, until a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is formally appointed.

The Board further authorized that in instances where any trade is proposed by the newly designated Compliance Officer, Mr. Rajeev Sharma, Managing Director of the Company, will grant the necessary pre-clearance approval for such a trade.
