
Tata Motors Reports 32 Percent Surge in February Commercial Vehicle Sales
Total CV Sales Climb to 42,940 Units
New Delhi, March 1: Tata Motors Ltd on Sunday reported a strong rise in its total commercial vehicle sales for February, posting a 32 percent year on year growth.The company sold 42,940 commercial vehicles during the month, compared to 32,533 units in February last year, reflecting a sharp increase in overall demand across segments.
Domestic Commercial Vehicle Sales Rise 32.8 Percent
Domestic performance remained the primary driver of growth. Sales in the Indian market reached 40,893 units in February, marking a 32.8 percent increase over 30,797 units recorded in the same month a year ago.The significant jump in domestic volumes underscores steady momentum in the commercial vehicle segment during the month under review.
International Business Registers 17.9 Percent Growth
In the international business segment, Tata Motors reported sales of 2,047 units in February. This represents a 17.9 percent increase compared to 1,736 units sold in February 2025.The overseas growth added to the overall positive performance, contributing to the company’s double digit expansion in total commercial vehicle sales for the month.
With both domestic and international segments posting gains, Tata Motors delivered a robust performance in February, strengthening its position in the commercial vehicle market.
