Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Surges with Rs 55 Cr Profit as Revenue Jumps 107% in Q1 FY27

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has posted a significant turnaround, reporting a net profit of Rs 55 crore for the June quarter. This positive result marks a major shift from the previous year, when the company had recorded a loss of Rs 17 crore during the corresponding period. The strong performance was driven by substantial growth in operational revenues and effective operational leveraging.

Dramatic Revenue Surge Fuels Q1 Profitability

The company's revenue from operations saw a robust growth of 107 per cent year-on-year, reaching Rs 832 crore in Q1 FY27. This figure dramatically compares to the Rs 402 crore recorded in Q1 FY26. The financial statement indicates that this massive increase is attributable to both a larger operational asset base and an accelerated ramp-up within the Renewable Energy (RE) Services segment.

The net profit of Rs 55 crore was aided by strategic operating leverage combined with having a larger base of stabilised assets supporting operations. As of June 30, 2026, CleanMax's total contracted capacity stood at an impressive 6.8 GW, encompassing all business segments including the growing RE Services segment.

Capacity Expansion and Future Growth Targets

The company continues aggressive expansion in the energy sector. During the first quarter alone, Clean Max added a record new capacity of over 500 MW. The management team confirmed that the firm is well on track to meet its guidance, which involves adding a minimum of 1,500 MW of new capacity throughout the financial year.

Board Approves Rs 2,500 Crore Funding Raise

Looking ahead, Clean Max has secured board approval for a significant capital infusion. The company plans to raise up to Rs 2,500 crore through private placement. This funding will be raised via the issuance of listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures or bonds.

Kuldeep Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, emphasized the operational momentum during a company statement. He noted that the achieved capacity additions and financial turnaround position the company strongly for continued growth in the fast-evolving energy market.
