The total number of shares offered was 5,19,720 out of a total of 1,03,94,680 equity shares.According to disclosures filed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited, Manjeet Cotton Private Limited held 95% of the company’s shares before the sale. Following the transaction, the promoter’s holding has decreased to 90% of the company’s equity.
