Bosch Global Software Tenologies Private Limited, a promoter of Bosch Home Comfort India Limited (the Company), has sold a cumulative total of 20,92,440 equity shares through an offer for sale mechanism. The transaction involved the sale of these shares on June 18, 2026, and June 19, 2026.The promoter shareholding in the Company decreased following the sale. Before the divestment, the Promoter Group held 82.22% of the paid-up equity share capital. After the Offer for Sale (OFS), the promoter holding stood at 74.52% of the paid-up equity share capital.
Bosch Global Software Tenologies Private Limited sold the shares, which had a face value of ₹10 each, representing 7.70% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd.
The reduction in promoter holding successfully achieved the minimum public shareholding requirements for the Company.
