CG Power Announces Change in Subsidiary Status of PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia
CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced that CG International Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd. (CGS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CG Power, has executed a Share Sale and Purchase Deed. As a result of this agreement, PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia (CPSI) is no longer considered a subsidiary of CGS and, consequently, ceases to be a step-down subsidiary of CG Power.
