CFF Fluid Control Ltd has re-appointed M/S. V. N. Purohit & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor. The decision was made by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.

The firm will serve for a second consecutive term spanning five years. This re-appointment is effective from the conclusion of the company's 14th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held in calendar year 2031, pending shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
