Ceigall India Secures ₹704.70 Crore Order for Frontier Highway Construction in Arunachal Pradesh​

Ceigall India Limited (CIL), a leading infrastructure development company, has received Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for a major highway construction project in Arunachal Pradesh. The contract, valued at ₹704.70 crore, excluding GST, significantly strengthens the company's presence in the state.

The project involves the construction of the Lada-Sarli section of NH-913, known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh. Ceigall India will execute the work in a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited (SIML). Ceigall India holds a 74% share in the joint venture, with SIML holding the remaining 26%.

The construction scope covers the road section from km 85.60 to km 168.00, and the standard will be Intermediate Lane. The project will be undertaken using an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model.

The contract includes a 48-month construction period, followed by a five-year maintenance period.

This order adds to CIL's growing portfolio of strategically important highway projects and reinforces its capability in executing large-scale road infrastructure projects across varied geographies. The work forms part of the development efforts for the Frontier Highway network in Arunachal Pradesh, aiding critical road connectivity in the region.

Ramneek Sehgal, Managing Director of Ceigall India Limited, commented on the achievement. "We are pleased to receive this Letter of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for this important section of the Frontier Highway in Arunachal Pradesh," said Sehgal. "This project further strengthens our presence in the region and reflects our continued focus on expanding our portfolio of strategically important road infrastructure projects."

Sehgal added that the partnership with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited combines complementary capabilities. He stated that the company remains committed to delivering the project with a strong focus on execution excellence, quality, and timely completion, contributing to the development of critical highway infrastructure and strengthening connectivity in the region.

CEIGALL Stock Price Movement​

Today, Ceigall India Limited shares gained 2.54% to settle at ₹322.15, driven by a strong performance across the session. The stock traded between a low of ₹315.35 and a high of ₹328.00, with total volume reaching 585,704 shares.
