CARYSIL LIMITED Intimates Shareholders Regarding Unclaimed Dividends and Shares​

CARYSIL LIMITED has initiated a process to notify shareholders regarding dividends that have remained unclaimed for an extended period, stating that the intimations concern those whose dividends have been unpaid for seven consecutive years.

The company has sent individual intimation letters to the concerned shareholders. These notices inform them of their entitlement to claim their unpaid or unclaimed dividends.

Shareholders are mandated to take action and claim these dividends on or before October 15, 2026.

CARYSIL LIMITED noted that failure to claim the corresponding shares and dividends by the specified deadline will result in the transfer of these assets to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, in accordance with relevant legal mandates.

CARYSIL Stock Price Movement​

Shares of CARYSIL LIMITED today slipped by 2.65% in post-market trading, settling at approximately ₹1204 after shedding ₹32.80 from the previous close. Although the stock registered a decrease during the session, the equity previously achieved its 52-week high, while only 193,795 shares were traded today.
