These notices inform them of their entitlement to claim their unpaid or unclaimed dividends.
Shareholders are mandated to take action and claim these dividends on or before October 15, 2026.
CARYSIL LIMITED noted that failure to claim the corresponding shares and dividends by the specified deadline will result in the transfer of these assets to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, in accordance with relevant legal mandates.
