Capri Global Capital Limited Approves ₹20,000 Million Debenture Shelf
Capri Global Capital Limited announced March 23, 2026, that its Management Committee has approved a draft shelf prospectus for a public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures. The total issue amount is capped at ₹20,000 million, to be issued in one or more tranches.The debentures will have a face value of ₹1,000 each. The draft shelf prospectus has been filed with the BSE Limited and forwarded to the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
