Key participants in this pre-IPO stage included Quant Mutual Fund and Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust.The three-day IPO structure includes a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 400 crore, supplemented by an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 50 crore. The final closing date for the entire IPO process is set for July 21. Allotment is scheduled for July 22, with listing on the BSE and NSE expected on July 24.
