BuzzWorks Launches in Mysuru and Unveils Multi-City Expansion Blueprint for 2026

BuzzWorks, the managed office and co-working arm of the Brigade Group, has announced a strategic expansion into Mysuru and detailed its multi-city blueprint for 2026. The company is targeting the rising demand from Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and startups by launching new Grade-A managed centers across Mysuru, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

BuzzWorks marked its entry into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. This new center offers over 500 seats and is situated within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus. The facility integrates modern infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s rich cultural heritage.

Siddharth Verma, Business Head of BuzzWorks, stated that the expansion into Mysuru is a reflection of the brand's commitment to leading growth in Tier-2 cities across India. He noted that BuzzWorks is set to be the first Grade A managed workspace in the city. Verma highlighted that the plug-and-play environment is designed to bridge the quality gap, enabling corporates and GCCs to scale their operations confidently into emerging hubs.

The launch in Mysuru is part of a larger multi-city expansion plan for the current financial year.

Multi-City Expansion Overview

BuzzWorks is implementing a distributed portfolio strategy across key markets. In Bengaluru, the brand plans to expand at several locations, including Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and a new facility at Brigade Elysium in Varthur. The expansion strategy also includes reinforcing its presence within the World Trade Center (WTC) campus at the Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.

Beyond Karnataka, the brand is making its debut in Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard. This move leverages Chennai's status as a national leader in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing, capitalizing on the city's 25% growth in GCC activity.

The company projects significant growth, focusing on achieving expansion at over 100% compared to the last financial year, with plans to double its overall portfolio during this financial year.

BRIGADE Stock Price Movement

Brigade Enterprises Limited shares shed 1.65% today, settling at ₹689.15 in post-market trading. The stock saw moderate activity, processing a total volume of 48,207 shares.
