Brigade Group Acquires 5.72 Acres in Hyderabad for New Residential Project​

Brigade Group has announced the acquisition of a substantial prime land parcel in Hyderabad, earmarked for the development of a residential project. The land was secured through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC).

The company acquired Plot 6 at Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, which comprises 5.72 acres. The purchase was made at a rate of INR 44 Crores per acre, excluding registration costs. This acquisition is positioned as a crucial component of Brigade Group's strategy to deepen its presence and expand its portfolio within Hyderabad.

In commenting on the move, Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, stated that Hyderabad has become a key focus market due to its status as one of the most dynamic real estate centers in India. He highlighted that the Osman Nagar parcel is a strategic fit that meets the company's stringent criteria for scale and suitability for premium development.

According to the director, the group remains committed to contributing to Hyderabad's skyline by integrating world-class construction standards and high-technology developments. He emphasized that the acquisition is a vital step in the company's expansion within the city, with the aim of delivering future-ready spaces that meet the evolving demands of the metropolitan area.

Osman Nagar, where the land is situated, was noted for its ideal location for residential living. The area balances livability and long-term value, benefiting from its strategic proximity to IT hubs like HITEC City and Gachibowli, and its seamless connectivity via the Outer Ring Road, all within a serene, low-density environment.
